Metropolitan Police Service: YouTube channel
I just discovered the Metropolitan Police Service has a YouTube channel. The latest video is about Aviation Security - The Metropolitan Police SO18 Aviation Command polices both Heathrow and London City Airport.
The Met is one of the largest police services in the world:
We employ over 52,000 Police Officers, Police Staff, Traffic Wardens, Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) and volunteers, who together form a wider policing family that looks after more than 7 million Londoners, over an area of 620 square miles.

They don't get many views do they, which isn't really that surprising!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if the films are specially made for YouTube, and if so how much they cost! That's me being a touch cynical I suppose. xx
You're right - and they haven't had a lot of publicity about it either. I just happened to see it mentioned in a news article about something else or I wouldn't have known that the Met Police had a You Tube channel.
ReplyDeleteIt would be interesting to know how much it cost to make each film.
