  1. I bet they will be surprised how many actually pay near full price. There are more people with a conscience then we give credit for, especially during these difficult times. There is a restaurant here where the servers chose a day to work only for tips. Turns out punters knew about it and tipped more than usual so the servers lost very little in pay.

  2. Hi Melissa, I think you're right. I expect most people will pay the usual price or perhaps even more which will make up for the few who won't pay an appropriate amount.
