BBC kept £106,000 intended for charity

BBC sorry for keeping charity cash Oh, so they apologised and repaid the money to the charity so it's okay then! I think not! Unbelievable. You would think the BBC could manage well enough on all the fees from the TV license. (The BBC is paid for directly through each household TV licence and the annual cost of a colour TV licence is currently £139.50). (link via guardian.co.uk)
