Happy Boxing Day

Shoppers converged on high streets and malls across the country this morning for the busiest Boxing Day sales in living memory, as retailers slashed prices in a desperate bid to stay afloat. (link via timesonline.co.uk) I know there were a lot of sales starting today but I prefer staying home and relaxing with my family. Did you go to the sales?

    I was surprised by the news that so many people went shopping on Boxing Day. I guess the sales were attracting the crowds but I bet a lot of them were just looking and didn't actually spend any money.
